    Unfortunately this weekend I've been terribly sick with what appears to be flu and as such missed my weigh in today. I have never felt so awful but I will be weighing next week and being good this week.

    This week has passed in such a blur I completely forgot to weigh in on Wed! Think I've been doing ok. Nice to be eating what I want again after too much fast food in the US. Will try and get on with some exercise for the challenge and will weigh in on wed as usual. Hope everyone is keeping warm. Far too many cups of tea yesterday!

    GWR complete!! 13.1 miles :D I finished in 02:18:18 which I'm very pleased with.

    I was really happy with this run, I think I was prepared mentally for it too, which helps :D I wasn't counting down the miles like I usually do.
    The scenery was lovely, and I spotted a group of 4 guys dressed as Ninja turtles which cheered me up for a couple of miles.

    3lb gain over the last 2 weeks :mad:

    Are you kidding me!! I was so hungry after my half marathon, but I stuck to fruit pots. No idea where this gain came from. Hopefully it will catch up with me next week and I'll start losing.

    + 2lb since last Wednesday. A higher calorie week but still did the usual amount of exercise I thought?
