Thank you. he was sitting up and chatting to us the next day. It's going to be a long time before he's stable on his feet again but he's doing well.
2nd hour long session of Bootcamp today. Found a tenner on the pavement walking in so the 5am start was worth it!
Then ran home the long way to get a 5.97 mile run in.
