Are you kidding me!! I was so hungry after my half marathon, but I stuck to fruit pots. No idea where this gain came from. Hopefully it will catch up with me next week and I'll start losing.
Make sure you get enough sleep, drink enough water and eat enough food and it should come eventually.

Sorry I forgot to make my 2 miles from last week red. Did a 1 mile walk on friday and 3.5 mile run yesterday (soooooo hard after 2 months off!). So I'm on a total of 6.5miles on the exercise challenge now. Will do my best to get up to 20 by the end of the month.
Hope everyone else is having a good week - I had some naughty chocs at work today but its getting so stressful its a daily necessity!!0 -

Hello everybody,
STS since last Wednesday. Just eating more and less exercise I think. I continue to feel "worn out" so this has to improve somehow. Tomorrow is supposed to be better weather so perhaps I'll get out cycling for a short while and/or get the garden winter tasks done.

i have aimed to lose weight but have gained weight!!
If you don't eat enough calories your body will go into starvation mode and you won't lose weight.
You can check how many calories you should be eating on a calculator like this one:
http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/
You also need to make sure you drink enough water and also get enough sleep at night - if any of the those are not enough it will make it harder for you to lose weight.
