Weight: STS
Callanetics: 1 hr
Walking: 20 mins
Not much exercise this week as I've been getting ready for going on holiday. Will be away for about 2 weeks. I'm expecting to be doing more walking than I usually do so just need to keep an eye on what I eat.Weight loss 0/2st

Coming back from my holiday with my tail between my legs, gained +2.5lbs despite going away and doing fitness classes and bike riding! I think it was the week after that did it, whoops.0

fredsnail - Been meaning to thank you for updating the chart etc. last Wednesday but especially for your message. Still continuing trying to be much fitter in many ways but it is tough. Will post on Wednesday as usual.0

Hello,
Todays weight recording STS. Same type of exercise pursuits mainly with the added free benefit of collecting acorns and elderberries via bicycle transport. Also, done a bit of composting and dug up (free) potatoes and collected a small amount of edible greens.
The calories were about the same as last week and the exercise performance quite poor. Need some kind of a tonic, extra challenge, or whatever, as this threads challenge is full of personal obstacles.0 -
