Thanks for the charts fredsnail. Just to clarify, 5lbs to go in the "lbs left to complete 5lb challenge" and "Total loss" should be -14.0 for me whenever convenient fredsnail.
Looks like things are working for you. Hope your feeling the benefits.
Ok sorry I changed the wrong figure - will change it to the correct ones for next week.
Things are working and I'm feeling fitter - but still a very long way to go0 -
Okay thanks fredsnail. Good luck with your efforts at "feeling fitter".0

Hello all,
Good news is that my really bad cold has gone but still under par.
However, done bits of exercise like indoor biking, quick gardening jobs and a short walk to collect more blackberries. Also, used the outdoor bike to collect groceries and forage free plums and apples. So my weight reading today was STS which I consider "lucky" in view of less exercise and increased calorie intake. Tomorrow forecasted rain again but will try and get some of the garden done.0 -

It's an exercise challenge that we're doing this month. You just log the exercise you do either miles or time (I'll convert the time to miles for you - but tell me what you've done as it'll affect how I convert them).
