    Well done on SOTW Fred.

I've not done so well this week, a combination of eating the wrong things and less exercise due to being absolutely shattered. Off on holiday in a couple of weeks so hope to lose a little more by then.

    Weight: Gained 2lb:(
    Walking: 15 mins
    Callanetics: 1 hr

Going to try and do another hour of Callanetics tonight if I'm not too tired in order to make up for earlier in the week.

Managed to get the extra Callanetics done tonight :) so that's another 1hr of exercise to add.

Hi Everyone, is it OK if i join in too please?

I have lost 1st and would like to lose another stone by Christmas.
I am currently 11st exactly, and would like to be 10st by Christmas day.

I am a Self-Employed cleaner and work 12-15 hours a week, and work up a sweat doing that, and enjoy walking at the weekends, so exercise isn't too bad.
I love healthy food, but unfortunately i also love sweet foods (chocolate and sweets), and this is my downfall.

i have gone from a size 16 to 14, and want to go from a 14 to 12.
  • I am wondering is t really working? if so then its awesome.
  • *sneaks back in*

Guys! I've been gone for so long! Please can I re-join? This last stone is a stubborn *ugger!
    What day is WI again?

    Missed you all!

p.s what's the challenge? I'm in the south so can even the teams :)
