    Hello everybody,

I didn't realise that last time I posted a new monthly chart had begun. Thanks for the charts fredsnail. I think the chart should have said "5lbs" in the end column for me fredsnail. This morning my weight recording is STS. (I thought this would be so or even an increase).

I had mentioned about feeling "worn out" but also being "low in spirits" and presently getting a really bad cold has affected dietary choices/exercise. Don't seem to be as interested at the moment.

Setting this aside, thinking about how winter will affect my eating and exercise routine. Consequently, some walking and biking for "food stocks" (free or purchased). Not much collected from the garden yet and still many other tasks.

    Good luck everybody!
  • STS for me again - exactly the same as in May so the maintenance is going well! Off on hols tomorrow so lets hope that continues although I doubt it!

Thanks for the charts fredsnail. Just to clarify, 5lbs to go in the "lbs left to complete 5lb challenge" and "Total loss" should be -14.0 for me whenever convenient fredsnail.

Looks like things are working for you. Hope your feeling the benefits.
