    Good morning,

STS since last Wednesday. This was despite much exercise and dietary effort in view of the 4lb increase last week. Also, had one Christmas outing that meant a couple of miles walking, with a moderate calorie Xmas snack which replaced my tea. So what's missing, I think, is my outdoor activities along with their needed therapeutic effects. Will keep up the efforts!

Keep well and thanks fredsnail if you still complete the charts this Xmas Eve.

    Here's this weeks chart:

No SoTW this week, because no one lost weight, but the good news is no one reported a gain.

Here's this weeks team challenge chart:

Well done to both teams this week - it's a draw.

Here's this weeks chart for the London to the North Pole Challenge:

Apologies I had a brain sneeze and forgot it was the last chart of the month - here are the missing details:

    Congrats to our SoTM Durham_mim.
If anyone wants to join in the 5lb challenge in January please post below and I'll add you in.

The team challenge for January is Angels v Dragons. If you wish to join in please post which team you wish to join.

The exercise challenge for next month will be to travel from London to Sydney for a bit of sun (21 hours and 30 minutes). If you wish to join in you can either aim for a target of x number of hours or log your exercise as you go and see how far you can go. Post below to join in.
