1 hour ballroom dancing for me last night. Oh dear, not doing too well with the exercise or healthy eating ... time of year I suppose!0

+ 4lbs since last Wednesday. Still doing both types of cycling but my decluttering mission isn't so good along with my increased calorie intake. Anyway, will not give up on acquiring healthier wellbeing.
Hope all is well with you.0 -

Here's this weeks chart:
No SoTW this week, because no one lost weight, commiserations to our gainers - it's a difficult time of year so don't worry about it - enjoy it and then refocus.
Next weeks chart will be done on Tuesday because as much as I love doing the chart - I have more important things to be doing on Christmas Day. Please post your results by 8pm on Tuesday to be included in the chart.
Here's this weeks team challenge chart:
Well done to both teams this week - it's a draw.
Here's this weeks chart for the London to the North Pole Challenge:

Sorry not to update in time for the chart Fred. Really not much to report anyway. Surrounded by food in work, which I am finding impossible to resist, so another STS. No exercise either as too busy with work / Christmas preparations.
Last day in work for me today, so hopefully won't be as tempted. Doing my food shop for Christmas tomorrow and have really cut down from last year in the hope that I don't have as much of it hanging around after the big day.0 -
I'd like to join please
I've been overweight for as long as I can remember, cycling through binges, fad diets and nearly starving myself to lose weight. I had a long battle with infertility and finally had a little boy in march 2012. I've lost the 40lb I gained in pregbut still have 51 to go to my 10st 5lb target. I'm just calorie counting.

Well done o
n losing your baby weight, I am still trying to lose mine and my 'baby' is 30 lol!!
It is a bit quiet at the moment, but I am sure come January it will be buzzing. Just keep posting and join in with the monthly challenges, it really does help.0 -
I think my new years resolution has always been weight loss so I'm usually a January joiner, but I know if I leave it that long I'll have gained loads!
Edited to add:
I'd like to join the Christmas cracker team, I know there's not much left of December but I'll do my best. I'm also aiming for 5lb off by the end of the month, possibly a little ambitious with xmas in the way but we'll see. I'll log my walking distances tooMarried 40y.o. mum of an autistic 11y.o.
