In order to complete the 29 hours challenge by the time I go on holiday on the 25th, I calculated I will have to do 1 hour 10 mins every day

I was doing fine until yesterday when I only did 35 minutes, so today I have done an epic 1 hour 45 mins on my exercise bike in order to catch up again...I am aching more than I have for a long time but I'm determined to complete it in time.

On the downside, my appetite is huge so I don't think all the hard work will translate to any weight loss unless I can get that under control too...
  • 4 mile run tonight - sore legs now! I'm going to call it 1 hour as it took me 45 mins to run, 5 min walk for warm up, 5 min walk for cool down and some much needed stretches when I got home. Hoping I don't ache too much tomorrow. Like Debrac all this exercise is causing an increase in appetite so weight loss is not really happening but at least I feel fitter and more toned!

Hi fredsnail, can you add 8 hours 10 minutes cycling for the challenge please? :D

Unfortunately as predicted, my weight has STS :o
  • Wow Debrac - that's a lot of cycling!!

I have 1 and a half hours to add - walked 2 miles into town last night and another 4 mile run tonight, managed it without stopping for the FIRST TIME EVER - woop!! Have also done a few toning exercises.

Weight was a STS for me, was hoping for a small loss but did overindulge at the weekend! nevermind.

    Hi,

Weight today is - 2lbs. Don't know how I managed that as it was a "chaotic" week. Anyway, so will try for the 5lb monthly challenge and just potter along with my usual exercise activities/dietary efforts. Not long I feel now, before things get tougher health wise due to less sunny and warm weather?
