morning all , lurking since I got back off holiday couple of weeks ago.
weight is up down up down... only by couple of pounds or so each time but it's frustrating, getting nowhere fast! still having comfort eating days - yesterday being one of them - just kept shovelling it in :(
Anyone got any tips to help curb it ?

i've started using the fitocracy app the last week to log exercise - hoping the collecting points thing will keep me motivated and spur me on.

i've stopped the everest climb Fred- just couldn't get back into it I'm afraid

    Hello all,

fredsnail - thanks for the charts and "congrats". However, I'm not doing the "London to Moscow challenge". Probably me using bold for 5 monthly challenge caused the chart entry. Thanks.

Not doing very well with the exercise this week as DD has been staying with me following a stay in hospital. Only managed a quick 20 min swim yesterday. Anyway, she is looking better now so should be able to get back into it from today. Planning to take the dog for a long walk this afternoon and hopefully fit in a session at the gym later. Worked out I need to do about 1 hour 20 a day to complete so it is just about doable!!

  • 2 hours to add for today please - did my trouble zones dvd early afternoon and then lots of cleaning and sorting (cleaned bathroom, did a load of washing, lots of cleaning floors on hands and knees and lots of sorting out for the charity shop). Back is hurting now so counting it as an hours exercise!
