0.5lb off this week - not bad considering my mini-feast last night! Noticeable increase in appetite since I upped the running which is impeding the weight loss but will keep trying...

    Thanks for that Fredsnail :T

Yep, I'll definitely join the exercise challenge - 29 hours is achievable (although I go on holiday on the 25th so I will have to work really hard to squeeze it into that time) :o

Good luck for the month ahead everyone!

    Hi Fred,

Please can you put me down for the London to Moscow challenge and I would like to be on the NEW YORK team, thx

Since the end of April I have been helping to clearout a deceased relatives house. Last week my sister in law and I cleaned the entire house. For me this is quite an achievement as suffering from ME I do very little of the cleaning at home, for this reason I have included the hours spent as exercise, since after doing the cleaning I had no more energy left for doing my callanetics.

    Callanetics: 2hrs 30 mins
    Walking: 20 mins
    House Cleaning: 6 hours

Just back from a lovely week away. Have eaten too much and exercised too little. Not weighed myself yet so not sure of the damage, but hopefully it won't be too bad.

Fred, will you just put me down for the London to Moscow challenge this month. Thanks.
