No Froddo, it is more a mix of aqua aerobics and aqua zumba. I would love to try aqua running but they don't do it at my gym. How do you find it??
1lb gain for me this week Fred.
Have missed both of my bodypump and spinning classes over the last week because of having to do extra work Also my dancing class has finished for the summer. Feeling hot, sluggish and yuk, need to get back to the gym tomorrow!
Im loving it Jess, just done my 3rd class and they seem to get harder, maybe its just me doing it a bit better. Its not all running though some is dumb bell work.DFW Nerd 1394.

Was determined to get out and do another run tonight, still a bit too hot but managed a new PB of 36 mins for my 3.5 miles - very happy!0
