45 min spinning today and 10 lengths of the pool to cool down.
  • Thank you for all the "welcomes". I feel at home already :)

I got on the scales yesterday after coming back from holiday and had lost about half a pound lol! I know it's not much but I would have settled for STS - so I am pleased.

Ran around doing all the all the holiday washing yesterday and was shattered by bedtime - that must have burnt a few calories ;)

    Feeling positive :T

Hello, still using the bikes and tackling the garden. For the Tour de France challenge, the time spent gardening is 8 hours and 50 minutes. There is still a lot to do but little areas are taking shape. It has been a tough week in many ways but my weight is - 2lbs. Thanks.

    Good luck with your goals.
  • Hi!
I used to be a part of this, but dropped off the radar before anything happened. Now I'm serious about losing weight again. I was wondering if I could join again!

    Start date: 10/06/2013 : weight: 79.9kg
    Current weight 75.4kg

I have hit a plateau and I'm concerned that I'm going to fall off the weight loss bandwagon again :( I'm hoping to lose 20kg more, to reach an ideal weight for my height, 158cm.

Is posting in kg and cm okay? I can convert them if needs be, but I'm doing weight loss with a European friend, so it was just easier to do it all in KG and cm!
Undergrad law student. Take my advice with a pinch of salt! :rotfl:

0.5lb loss for me! happy with this considering i've had 3 meals out and a lot of cake this week - the exercise seems to have evened it out. Also trying to incorporate more activity in my usual routine i.e. sit-ups every morning, up and down the stairs at work at least twice a day, squats while waiting for the kettle to boil etc.
