Weight: 2lb Gain
Exercise:
1.5 miles Walking
1hr 5 mins Callanetics
A further 7 hours walking but not sure of the distance
I tried to keep a record of all the walking I did on holiday so I could add it this week. Just starting to get back into a exercise routine again. Even with the extra exercise I still managed to gain 2lb, I expect it was the extra treats I had and the difficulty I found to keep totally to low carb stuff.Weight loss 0/2st

3 hour cycle ride for me today. Quite leisurely with a few pub stops on the way so don't know how fit it will make me, but really enjoyed it.0

Slightly irritated this week, despite sticking to the diet and clocking up 21.24km of walking/running (more running than walking these days) I've lost the grand total of half a pound. It's better than a gain but it's still sodding annoying when I consider the amount of effort that went into it.0

Hi here I am in sunny Spain on holiday after a tough year. My father died in April, my sister was diagnosed with breast cancer another sister has had a major operation and my brother has had a serious illness . My mum has been dead for 15 years. DS1 had his A level results and went off to uni and DS2 completed his GCSEs and his AS levels.....
Please could life get any more stressful????
....and I have piled on the weight. A whole stone alone since Xmas.
I know I can do better - the diet starts now...
