Really enjoying getting out and walking lots at the mo, it's helping to clear my head and makes dealing with the stressy carp thats going on easier :) hoping it will in turn make me less likely to comfort eat.(fingers crossed)

A lovely day yesterday, cycled along the prom in the sunshine and stopped for a picnic lunch on the beach. 2 hours cycling for me please Fred. Just off to the gym, so that will be 1 hour bodypump.

Off to the cinema later though, so have to plan what to take for a (low carb) snack so I don't give in to the temptation of the popcorn. Must get my thinking hat on. Any ideas??

A little over 3 pound lost for me this week, total is now 126 pounds or exactly 9 stone.

Managed 18.11km walking/jogging this week, finally managed to get past C25k week 4 and into week 5. The 20 minute run on the third workout defeated me at 13:45 but that's the longest continuous run of my entire life so I'm relatively happy with it and fairly confident I'll defeat it next week.

Treadmill and real world walks so far, when I move into my new house later this month I'm turning a room into a home gym so will be adding weights and my brother's got a spinning bike I can have.

Calorie intake is 1500 calories/day, no other restrictions and if I'm out with friends then I log but don't care about being over.

    Good luck :)
