Weighed myself today and have lost 2.5 lb. I know it is all water weight, but I am still very pleased with that. :j

25 minute blast at a higher speed on the treadmill foot started playing up again :/
Don't push it too hard, you can do that later. To start with keep the pace slow and make the duration longer, if you injure yourself you'll lose motivation and maintaining consistency is one of the keys to getting from where we were to where we want to be. Faster and longer comes with time, don't try and push it too hard at the beginning.

Hello again, after joining this thread quite some time ago (last year) and then yo yo-ing up and down I finally stuck to my guns and joined SW. I have never done it before and cant believe how much free food you can have. Anyway I have now reached my 1st stone lost yay!!. I have recently been on holiday for 2 weeks and put on 2lbs so was well chuffed with that, all inclusive so dont know how I managed that, but since returning I am finding it hard to get back in the swing of things so I am looking for some inspiration to get me back on the right tracks again.. I think you are all doing fab I have been reading your replies above. Very well done everyone on the exercise challenges.

    Welcome back Misseypootle.

Well done on getting SOTW GDVS :T lots of good weight losses this week. GDVS you have lost so much weight now, well done.

Feeling really in control of what I am eating at the minute. It really is a mystery to me why sometimes this seems easy and at other times impossible.

Cutting carbs seems to work for me and really does seem to help with the cravings. Think I need to read Eric's old posts to remind me of that when I feel myself slipping.

No exercise since Tues, hoping for good weather this weekend and get out for a long bike ride.
