Hello again, after joining this thread quite some time ago (last year) and then yo yo-ing up and down I finally stuck to my guns and joined SW. I have never done it before and cant believe how much free food you can have. Anyway I have now reached my 1st stone lost yay!!. I have recently been on holiday for 2 weeks and put on 2lbs so was well chuffed with that, all inclusive so dont know how I managed that, but since returning I am finding it hard to get back in the swing of things so I am looking for some inspiration to get me back on the right tracks again.. I think you are all doing fab I have been reading your replies above. Very well done everyone on the exercise challenges.:grouphug: :grouphug:0

Feeling really in control of what I am eating at the minute. It really is a mystery to me why sometimes this seems easy and at other times impossible.
Cutting carbs seems to work for me and really does seem to help with the cravings. Think I need to read Eric's old posts to remind me of that when I feel myself slipping.
No exercise since Tues, hoping for good weather this weekend and get out for a long bike ride.0 -
