You'll find you get basic stamina quite quickly, I was right where you are in January and now I'm doing jogging/walking intervals. Just keep at it and don't give up!

Fredsnail can I come back with my tail between my legs please?

I know I have been missing for sometime. I dont know how much I have gained since my last log on, but I do know that of the nearly 3 stone I had lost, I now have only a 15lb weight loss, and I need to get back on track before I put that last stone back on as well.

Can I be put down for the 5lb challange?

    Hope everyone is well?:)

Welcome back - no need for low tails, at least you're trying to correct things.

Do you want me to reset you to zero loss or put you at 15lb loss?

    Welcome back Frodo!
Welcome to the thread Gpuk and Hellie! How are you getting on with Slim & Save Hellie? The trial price seems quite reasonable compared to some other meal plans.

Yay, glad to hear you're back on track, Jess! :j

No exercise to add. I've been very busy and active with work, and have been trying to sort the house and garden out, but nothing I can really add.

FRED, can you please sign me up to the 5 lb challenge, and 1 leg of the Tour de France.

Hoping to get the treadmill out more in the evenings. I keep meaning to, but by the time I'm ready to settle down and use each night it's too late to be using a noisy (ish) treadmill without disturbing everyone :o.

Tuesday is a busy day for me - 1 hour bodypump this morning, 1 1/2 hours ballroom dancing this afternoon and 45 min aqua tonight. Not sure how this counts towards the challenge Fred?

I have started cutting right back on my carbs as this really seems to help me to lose weight. Also started watching back episodes of the Biggest Loser on Youtube to keep me motivated - lol :rotfl:

Thanks for the welcome back Lolly:) Nice to see I am not the only one sneaking back Frodo, the important thing is that we get back when we can and keep on plodding.

Incline is rapidly the answer. When you can walk 30 minutes at a brisk pace (5.6 km/hr is my brisk walk) you'll find you can also can walk 60, time to up the incline at that point to maintain the difficulty :)
