3 hours to add to the challenge for me - done my DVDs and even managed my newest one without stopping for the first time yesterday so that felt good!

-1lb this week, coming off v-e-r-y slowly but I guess thats the way with the last few lbs!!

    Hi all,

At last I seem to have got my act into gear and stopped obsessing about food and eating carp :)

Can you reset my weight (again!) Fred and put me down for the 5lb challenge. Will join the England Team and attempt 2 legs of the Tour de France.

Hope everyone is OK. Welcome to all newbies
Will catch up with the thread later.

This month I'd like to concentrate on the Tour de France and will hopefully do 2 legs. I'll also put my name down for the Australia team :)

    Good luck everyone!
