I will continue to log all exercise until the end of the month and post the final charts next week. If anyone wishes to continue the Everest challenge until they've climbed the whole height please post below and I'll keep logging their steps during the next couple of months.
Next months challenge is to complete a time trial leg of 25km for the Tour de France. As always you can do part of the leg if you don't want to do the whole leg or if you wish to do more than 1 leg you can or you can just see how far you can get. Please post below if you wish to join this challenge and how far you want to go.
