Another good week for me, four pounds lost again bringing me to 116lb total lost now which is coincidentally what Victoria's Secret model Isabelli Fontana weighs.

15.77km walked/jogged for the Silverstone challenge as well, and I had to buy new work trousers for the second time this year along with a new belt as the old ones were too big again.

    Did I mention I had a good week? :D

    Hi everyone!

Have totally lost my mojo this last couple of weeks :o so have not been exercising much but because I haven't been feeling well, I have still managed to lose 1lb :)

For the everest challenge I have done 140 flights of stairs and for the Silverstone challenge I have done 1 hour biking and 3 hours walking

Wish I could find my motivation again...:(
  • I have tried to put this post ina bout 5 times but it keeps kicking me out!!

I am starting Slim and Save next week and need all the support I can get! I want to loose the bulk of my weight by next Feb when I take my hubby on a surprise getaway with some friends, so I do not want to subject any of them to my lumpy bumpy fatness in a swimming costume! Plus I would love my hubby to be proud of me!!

So wish me luck and if any other S&S'ers wana buddy up I would be most grateful!!

    Hello everybody,

    STS since last Wednesday.

For the Silverston challenge, my work upon the compost area of the garden came to a halt as nothing needs doing until the compost dries out. No time spent.

Anyway, been doing more bicycling each day as a local store was closing so "had" to keep checking for bargains; maybe 2.5 mile trips.

    Good luck with your challenges.
