2 miles walked tonight - might have undone the good work with some biscuits after dinner (oops) but was good earlier in the day at least0

Another good week for me, four pounds lost again bringing me to 116lb total lost now which is coincidentally what Victoria's Secret model Isabelli Fontana weighs.
15.77km walked/jogged for the Silverstone challenge as well, and I had to buy new work trousers for the second time this year along with a new belt as the old ones were too big again.
Did I mention I had a good week?0 -

Hi everyone!
Have totally lost my mojo this last couple of weeksso have not been exercising much but because I haven't been feeling well, I have still managed to lose 1lb
For the everest challenge I have done 140 flights of stairs and for the Silverstone challenge I have done 1 hour biking and 3 hours walking
Wish I could find my motivation again...:(0 -
I have tried to put this post ina bout 5 times but it keeps kicking me out!!
I am starting Slim and Save next week and need all the support I can get! I want to loose the bulk of my weight by next Feb when I take my hubby on a surprise getaway with some friends, so I do not want to subject any of them to my lumpy bumpy fatness in a swimming costume! Plus I would love my hubby to be proud of me!!
So wish me luck and if any other S&S'ers wana buddy up I would be most grateful!!

Hello everybody,
STS since last Wednesday.
For the Silverston challenge, my work upon the compost area of the garden came to a halt as nothing needs doing until the compost dries out. No time spent.
Anyway, been doing more bicycling each day as a local store was closing so "had" to keep checking for bargains; maybe 2.5 mile trips.
Good luck with your challenges.0
