Hello,
Since last week - 4lbs. Not expected at all.
Also, despite the problems (soggy compost, midge attack and occasional rain) managed 2 hours and 1 minute for the Silverston challenge. (Thanks for the tip fredsnail regarding the midges).
In retrospective, more biking trips/usual indoor cycling last week. However, have had days preventing "overeating"; both "torturous" doing or not doing! I try and think how disappointed I'd be. Hopefully, that has passed.
Good luck/health with your aims.0 -
Weight loss 2lb :j
Silverstone 2 laps
Cycled 2 miles on exercise bike
Everest Pathetic 420 ft, but it is difficult only having access to a single flight of stairs and they are at work. Gotta do some work to justify my salary!!!!!A smile costs little but creates much0 -

Very frustrated, 3lb on for me. To be fair this has accumulated over last 2-3 weeks. Was very good with exercise at the weekend and eating sensibly, 15hours at work yesterday which I thought would have burnt a few cals (even avoided chips in the canteen by having jacket pot and beans for dinner) but all to no avail!! So tired I gave into sweets and a donught today so rubbish all round. Will try and pick myself up this coming week.0

oh Nicky, I know what you mean about the giving in when tired - I have moments like those myself and need to get some better strategies for dealing with them.

This weeks quote is from Marilyn Monroe:
"This life is what you make it. No matter what, you're going to mess it up sometimes, it's a universal truth. But the good part is you get to decide how you're going to mess it up."0
