- 1lb off since last Wednesday.
Been using both bikes as usual and sorting out the compost area in the garden. Consequently, the time spent doing this task for the exercise challenge is 4 hours and 50 minutes. Still loads to do. Would be very pleased to complete the job this month.

Apologies for the confusion on the Everest Challenge.
We are starting climbing from Base Camp (17,700 ft) so you've "only" got to climb 11,328 ft to get to the summit.0 -

Well done to our STSers and losers this week and commiserations to our gainers - next week is a clean slate - you can't change the past but you can change the future.

Here's this weeks Everest chart:
Well done to everyone taking part in the exercise challenges.
Apologies for the confusion on the Everest challenge - we're starting to climb from base camp rather than the whole mountain - I think we'd need to have a 3 month challenge for that but if anyone wants too .....
Here's the chart for this weeks team challenge:
Congratulations to the Glastonbury team who've won this week.

Hi, yes you can update both weeks totals next Wednesday as it's a monthly challenge
Also Fredsnail I've decided to do the Everest Challenge after all. :rotfl: Feeling left out and it might just kick start my weight loss again hopefully
Height of stair is 8 inches and number of stairs is 15 so one flight is 10 foot  I'm now off to calculate how many flights I have to do each day to reach the summit ...0 -
well done Lolly101 and Dannie on the weight loss
