Not a great week this week, not helped by eating at Gordon Ramsay's restaurant one night!

    Anyway, this weeks numbers are

    Weight loss Nil

    Silverstone 2 laps

    Everest 375ft

Could I have last weeks Everest numbers added as they appear to have been missed, not sure how the cyclying bit gets added, but will leave that up to you

    Hello,

Thanks for the charts and "congrats" last week for myself and
Mrs_T_M who also did very well. This week, STS but this seems okay to me in view of last week.

The gardening tasks concerning the compost area for the Silverston challenge is 2 hours and eight minutes. Still waiting for the compost to dry out but I think this is a long time off. My bicycling still continues however.

    Good luck.

Everest challenge 262 flights this week (so 2148 feet) bit pants compared to the previous week but it's been a manic week so just one of those things!

Still working on the eating ... but i've managed to make a few sensible decisions and said no to cake etc a couple of times, so quite pleased with that.

Well done on the loss Nicky & Mcjordie :)

And good luck for everyone else's weigh-ins

Lost the plot a little lately, 1 lb loss to add though :j not sure when I'll get back into it all but time is so tight at the moment that dieting isn't my highest priority, so I'm finding it easy to slip back into quick fix snacks :o

    MUST TRY HARDER LOLLY!!!!
