21 minute blast on the treadmill this morning.. would of been more but the pain in my foot was unbearable said 0.6 on the distance (not sure if km or miles)

found out.. its in km.. so aiming for around 2km a day once i get down past 30 stone i can get some scales as suggested earlier on in the thread and monitor my loss weekly.. untill then its monthly when i go to doctors

Hi everyone! I'm back on track now and have resumed my biking big time :j

So in the last few days I have cycled 60km so if you can add this please Fredsnail to June's Silverstone Challenge. I have also another 40 flights to add to the Everest challenge too.

I'm a bit confused about July's Tour de France challenge though so would appreciate some clarification off someone please...Am I right in thinking that each leg is 25km? Or am I reading it wrong...?

Just on the days when I'm motivated, I'm doing about 1 hour on my bike and my distance is around 20km...so in theory, I could almost do 1 leg a day? Surely that can't be right?!

Thanks for the charts and "congrats" fredsnail.

Nil time to add to the Silverston challenge.

Will let you know later about any chosen challenge(s).

    Thanks.

Well done GDVS - its amazing how committed you are staying long term. And a big well done to debrac - thats a fantastic achievement on the bike, hope the scales are kind to you this week.

Nothing to add from me today - was intending to do another DVD today but my legs are in a lot of pain after being overly ambitious yesterday so an enforced rest day today. Trying to be good food wise but was out for lunch and chocolate cake was consumed (I did share it though so only half a slice). Will try for a light dinner tonight and doing some ebaying to occupy the hands, lol.

Fredsnail can I come back with my tail between my legs please?

I know I have been missing for sometime. I dont know how much I have gained since my last log on, but I do know that of the nearly 3 stone I had lost, I now have only a 15lb weight loss, and I need to get back on track before I put that last stone back on as well.

Can I be put down for the 5lb challange?

    Hope everyone is well?:)

Thanks, no point in setting a goal then failing to achieve it :)

You'll find you get basic stamina quite quickly, I was right where you are in January and now I'm doing jogging/walking intervals. Just keep at it and don't give up!

Just 20 minutes exercise to add - legs still too sore so did some arm weights, press-ups and the 'abs on fire' workout from blogilates (13 mins) - viscious! - thanks to whoever it was that posted the link, lots of videos on there...

Will try for something more ambitious tomorrow!
