Well done mcjordi! Are you going to buy some scales for home now so you can weigh in weekly?

Just been for another run - 3.5 miles again. Had to wait until 9pm for the heat to die down but then did quite well, sub-40 minutes today!

BBQ last night and ate too much birthday cake!! Hoping it doesn't do too much damage when I weigh in tomorrow.

Noticed that after eating sugary food always wake up the next day feeling ravenous, which I think is a sure sign that I am insulin resistant and on the way to diabetes if I don't sort my self out.

I dont really care that i dont own a car at the minute or that im not working, !!!!!! just because some 17 year old !!!!!! head who does part time hours and is funded by daddy has a car doesnt mean i should be working to buy a new car i dont need a car

im sorry but i needed to get that off my chest

Amazing weight loss Mcjordi :j Well done, it's really hard not to let others get you down, but try and keep strong and don't let them undo all your hard work

Big thanks to Fred for starting this thread and setting the challenges etc - it's proving to be just what I need to get me really motivated with the exercise again :)

Finding stair climbing in this heat is really hard going , but will keep plodding to get to the top of Everest even if it takes me longer than I had hoped for. It's going to be not If but when !

    Exercise last few days:
    sunday 3.75km walking
    monday 2.5km walking
    today 1km swim & 1.75km walking
