Just been for another run - 3.5 miles again. Had to wait until 9pm for the heat to die down but then did quite well, sub-40 minutes today!0 -
BBQ last night and ate too much birthday cake!! Hoping it doesn't do too much damage when I weigh in tomorrow.
Noticed that after eating sugary food always wake up the next day feeling ravenous, which I think is a sure sign that I am insulin resistant and on the way to diabetes if I don't sort my self out.0 -

eta: no wonder i got this big with people having a go at me.. the whole reason i end up depressed. I dont really care that i dont own a car at the minute or that im not working, !!!!!! just because some 17 year old !!!!!! head who does part time hours and is funded by daddy has a car doesnt mean i should be working to buy a new car i dont need a car

Big thanks to Fred for starting this thread and setting the challenges etc - it's proving to be just what I need to get me really motivated with the exercise again
Finding stair climbing in this heat is really hard going , but will keep plodding to get to the top of Everest even if it takes me longer than I had hoped for. It's going to be not If but when !
