Well that was a slightly better weight loss week this week, a 3.5 pound loss bringing me to a nice round 130lb now, 10 pounds away from 10 stone lost.
Fairly sure I'm building some leg muscles as well, 27.29km worth of running and walking along with living off chicken breasts for most of the week has to have had some impact! I set a new personal best for a mile at 11:42, not exactly Roger Bannister but I'm pretty sure that's faster than I did the 1500m at school 20-odd years ago0 -

Managed to motivate myself into a run today as the weather was cloudy so a bit cooler - still hot and had to stop and walk a few times as usual but managed my 3.5 miles.0 -

Won't be on for next few days as Ive managed to get a last minute caravan break for me and the kids woohoo :j , we will mess around in the pool and walk a bit but i won't be worrying about trying to log any of it.
Stair climbing has been pretty much non-existent since wednesday and no hope in a caravan lol - will restart when we get back.
