I've gained +0.2kg (+0.5lbs) this week, think I have too much of a calorie deficit!

I've gotten very bad with eating meals, going from eating 4 or 5 large meals a day () to now only eating one meal at about 7pm every day now...so I just had "breakfast" (oh the joys of being a student) which was about 400 cal, but now I feel sick! :(

Did my toning DVD on sunday (1 hour) and another 4 mile run tonight, much better time but did feel a little like I was going to die! Only problem is i've been starving ever since I got back - too much snacking...then dinner...then cake, oops

    Hello,

My weight STS since last Wednesday and for the Tour De France challenge, the (gardening) exercise came to 4 hours and 36 minutes.

Still the usual cycling on top of that and "battle" with eating wisely. So a lot of hard work which can be frustrating but my body does seem noticeably much fitter.

    Good luck with your challenge(s).
