I got weighed last week but did not post, so I'm not sure how to do this. Last week was -2lbs, this week (today) was -0.5lbs. :)

Hey guys! Just popping on to say a quick hello, it feels like I haven't been on here for quite awhile.

I'm doing well, nothing as exciting as what TQueen is experiencing! Congratulations on the engagement and the new job :D Things happen in threes so maybe its a lottery win for you next.

I don't have long to get through my internet bits before my boyfriend has finished meditating. I really need to take a leaf out of his book one of these days!

    Take care guys x

+ 1lb since last week which seems my usual pattern of things with the usual bicycling. Maybe need to improve my attitude to change things although my physical body seems in quite good shape; lower body moreso. Also, 4 hours and seventeen minutes gardening please fredsnail. Thanks.

    Hope others are progressing.

    Had another bad week :(

Somehow I've managed to put another 1.5lb back on

Really don't think this increased calorie target is going to work for me. Even though I've read all the evidence, my body just isn't responding to it...I'll give it another week then I'll be dropping my daily calorie allowance back down to 1500 I think.

On a more positive note, even though I've been loaded with cold and my asthma has been playing up, I've still managed to do 5.5 hours biking :)
  • Don't give up Debrac, I've had a bad week too, so much going on I've done nothing really this week, and as a result am a STS this week <sigh>

Good luck Debrac - hope you find something that works for you as you're obviously putting the effort in! With all those calories burned you should be losing easily, hope you figure it out.

Sorry to let the team down but another + 0.5lb for me. I was all revved up to give it my all this week on the exercise front (managed 30 minutes) but pulled a muscle on Monday - ouch! and i'm still in a lot of pain so no more workouts for me for a while - will do my best to keep my eating under control for the next week and ease back into the exercise once better.
