Weight: 3lb gain -don't know what's happening I've been really good this week! Sorry Morris Dancers:(
    Callanetics: 1hr 15
    Walk: 5 mins

    Four things to look at:

    Have you eaten enough?
    Have you drunk enough water?
    Have you had enough sleep?
Have you eaten anything with high levels of salt in ie processed meals or fast food?

Or it could be just a temporary blip.

    Don't get disheartened.

Working away is annoying, not being able to weigh. Back home now though and the last two weeks it's another 8 pounds gone bringing me to 94 pounds so far. Two more weeks to 100lb!

    Hey Guys,

Boo! +1 lb this week! I guess I did expect it after having such a good loss last week. It's also been a pretty stressful week, and that dreaded time of the month, so I have slipped a bit :o.
Back on track, starting today! ;) I made a gorgeous chilli last night, really healthy with loads of veg, and turkey mince instead of beef, so I've just finished that off for breakfast (strange breakfast choice I know! :o lol). Will have a protein and fruit smoothie for lunch and I've got some diced chicken for tea, but not sure what to do with it yet.

Good luck with weigh in everyone :), hope you all do better than me, lol!

    Hello folks,

Since last Wednesday, bicycle short trips to collect groceries, a short walk (2 miles?) but much less gardening due to the weather. Have had strong urges to overeat but have not which has been terribly difficult. Anyhow, an unexpected - 1lb please fredsnail. Also, for the exercise challenge + two hours and twenty one minutes (gardening time only). Thanks fredsnail. Good Luck folks.

    Bad week for me :(
I've been eating between 1750 and 1850 calories per day and have had a couple of days with only minimum exercise and 5 days with my normal 1.5 hours but somehow I have managed to gain the 1/2lb I lost last week :o
Exercise this week 7.5 hours of cycling :)
Don't know what to try next...or should I stick with the increased calories and/or increase my exercise back to 10+ hours a week? I can feel my motivation slipping... :(
