Congrats to our SoTW Durham_mim.
Well done to all our losers and STSers this week, commiserations to our gainers this week - you only fail when you stop trying so keep going.

Sorry I didn't update in time for the chart but was STS anyway. Was really pleased with this as I had put on 2lbs when I weighed at the weekend but being back at work and my DVDs managed to shift it!
Did my 30 day shred DVD last night and few extra sit-ups so half an hour to add for me.
Well done to everyone who managed to lose weight this week - now the sun is out I might try salads for lunch!0 -
Well I'm SOTW no longer!
Weight: 2lb gain
Callanetics; 2hrs 30 mins
Walking: 5 min
Please can I be put on the Morris Dancer team and join the Eurovision Pub crawl. Thx.

arrgghhh help me guys :eek::eek: Don't now how I am going to cope without my zumba fix
was supposed to have my last zumba session for 2 weeks, got to the gym to find our instructor was attacked by her cockerel and had to cancel as she was stuck in A & E waiting to be stitched!!
Really, only in the parallel universe which is my life could this happen!! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
So today I did a bit of gym stuff (halfheartedly as I was expecting zumba) so just put me down for half an hour please Fred.Getting fit for 2013 - Starting weight 10.1.13 88.1kg

Hope everyone had a good bank holiday, I have been at work, so seemed like a normal monday for me!
Been to the gym, decided to try spinning, as it was quiet, not sure if I like it, but probably need to give it another go before I decide.
Also did a bit of treadmill and body balance, so a total of 2 hours to add pleaseGetting fit for 2013 - Starting weight 10.1.13 88.1kg

Hi everyone. I stumbled across this forum and it looks like the kind of thing I need. Can someone please explain the basics for me - I'm getting a bit confused about the marathon and team challenges etc. I currently exercise 1.5 hours a day and limit my calories to 1500 per day in order to create a calorie deficit...I've lost 9lb in 5 weeks but haven't lost anything at all this past 10 days so need to try something different...:(0
