Rubbish week for me, no exercise all weekend as I had horrid period pains from Fri through to Monday, a massive bloated tummy and severe chocolate cravings culminating in +1lb this week. Hopefully I'll be back to normal from tomorrow......

    Hey Guys,

Welcome to the thread Debrac :j

Well I've been a bit all over the place dietwise. Had a few slip ups, but lots of perfect diet days. I've been having a protein and fruit smoothie for breakfast every day though which seems to help a lot, and have been having lots of days out and about in the lovely weather we've had. Anyway, it seems to have done the trick... 4 lbs off! :j It's actually 3 lbs this week, and one carried over from a missed weigh in last week.

Gosh - I'm slacking a bit on the eurovision challenge compared to everyone else! Another 40 minutes to add from shred DVD + lots of sit-ups today and yesterday in attempt to get the tummy down!

I found this youtube page which has a lot of exercise videos of around 7 minutes each if anyone is interested. It looks like each clip shows you 2 exercises and repeats them for the rest of the video.

    http://www.youtube.com/user/smashthefat/videos?view=0

They look fairly hard to do though the couple I've viewed have shown how to make some of the exercises easier if you're not up to the full version.
