Hi all, sorry not posted for a week!!, work mad busy. Been sticking to weight watchers diet OK so far, seems quite straightforward and still getting my head around the fact that I can eat crumpets and Nutella!
Excerise has been rubbish. Have been using pedometer each day - most days getting to between 5 - 6, 000 steps. Managed to get to 8,000 one day, but was literally on my feet ALL DAY. Not quite sure what you have to do to get to the recommended daily 10,000.
Due to weigh in tomorrow morning, so will post total weight loss for the 2 weeks after that.
Finished work for the Summer holidays today, so hopefully have 5 weeks to concentrate on exercise and getting fit. However, now have a fridge full of chocolate given to me by the children. DD's visiting over the weekend, so hopefully they will help me out with these before temptation gets to me.0
