Thanks for the chart Fred! My total loss seems to have gone in the wrong direction though this week - I make it 33.2 lbs.
Well done on SOTW White Rose :T0 -
My weight is wrong too lol
I got weighed this morning and i've lost 5.5lb. That was 63.5lb lost, now it's 69lb.
Very pleased with that. And only 1lb less than the mini goal i'd set myself, of 5 stone by the time my grandson arrived. He was born on Saturday. :A0 -
Apologies - I missed copying over one of the columns for the new spreadsheet for the month.
Have corrected it and the chart now so you should all show the correct weight loss now.0 -

Decided to join Weight Watchers to see if it will give me a kickstart.
Joined through Quidco (£15 cashback) with £10 for first monthly pass. Will give it a go for a month and see if it is worth carrying on.
My first class is in the morning Fred so will post my weight after I have been weighed.0 -
Hi everyone - I have found my motivation and bought a Fitbit :j it was on special offer on Amazon, and I had some birthday money left, so thought it would be a worthwhile investment!
If it's ok I will start the London to Glasgow challenge as of tomorrow, and also please put me down for 5lb this month. Between the Fitbit and rejoining Rosemary Conley (or whatever they're now called), how can I go wrong?!Finally debt free!! March 2018 :j0 -
-1lb for me. I'm now right on my red line.
25 minutes to add to my 343 minute Commonwealth challenge. 40 minutes in total so far.
Time to suck it up and suffer.0
