I am down a mere 0.2lbs this week, which is hardly worth reporting! I think it's probably due to last week's random fluctuation which put me lower than I deserved then.

Although saying that, I've just totted up my calories for the week (which I faithfully recorded every day!) and I averaged 1650 per day, which is a bit on the high side compared to when I'm being consistently good. Hope to do a bit better next week, and make the 5lb challenge in July.

Thanks Dannie - I'll put you down as 3lb last week and 3lb this week if that's ok.

    I'll go away.

I won't partake in the London to Glasgow mileage, I'm having a weights based month and the two seem incomparable.

There are 5 weigh in Wednesdays in July so put me down for a double 5lb Challenge. That's right ladels and jellyspoons, a 10lb Challenge.

(edit: the only bit of jiggery-pokery I can think of to be included in the Commonwealth Games challenge is to change the distance to time; 343 minutes / 15 minute sessions = 23 days of exercise in July, 8 rest days. Or you could just tell me to sod off!)
  • To coincide with Le Tour riding off next weekend maybe we should be Team Leeds to Harrogate v Team York to Sheffield (and maybe Team Cambridge to London that nobody really cares about...) :rotfl:
