Please could I be on the Awayteam and take part in the London to Glasgow challenge. Funnily enough I will be in Glasgow at the time of the Games. My family have got tickets to a couple of the events, so whilst they are there I'm going to enjoy a shopping spree, as I've absolutely no interest in sport.
Also could I be put down for the 5lb challenge, probably won't achieve it but it gives me something to aim for.Weight loss 0/2st

My cross trainer broke, 2 days before the end of my challenge! :mad:
It's been gutted and ripped apart to find the offending item and it booked in for an emergency welding and then will be surgically reattached tomorrow or Tuesday.*
So please, Mr fred sir, can I postpone my last Rio challenge contribution to when my equipment is good as new and ready for another pounding?

Hi Everyone,
Is it OK if I join AGAIN!!!
Since I was last here I have been quite ill with a chest problem and have not really been able to do much exercise at all. Things seem to be settling down a bit now and have been advised to start exercising again. Can't quite believe how unfit I feel at the minute, I really do feel like I am back at square one. Have been out on my bike a few times over the last week trying to ease myself back into it, but do need to bite the bullet and get back to the gym.
Have been avoiding the scales, but am sure I must have put on at least a stone :eek: Will weigh in tomorrow morning and pm you new starting weight if that is OK.
Hope everyone is OK. Will catch up with the thread over the next few days.
