-2.4lbs for me this week. I was very good, and stuck to my calorie limit every single day.

Unfortunately I won't achieve the same this week, as I'm going out for both lunch and dinner today, plus drinks this evening. Oh dear! Will try to be good for the rest of the week though!

Her I go again + 4lbs (not eight though!). Wanted to scoff loads at times but didn't; told myself "I don't deserve that" i.e. that behaviour. The calories were only slightly higher and exercise perhaps a little less.

fredsnail - Please could you add me onto the 5lb challenge column as requested. I make it now as "9lbs"! With thanks.

-1lb loss for me this week.
3 hrs walking the do this afternoon.

Went to first WW class this morning. Diet seems OK, just healthy eating really. It does push the WW product, but have decided I am not going down that road.

Good luck with the weight loss everyone.

  • Feels like I've hit the self destruct button so far this month. I've dropped off exercising at a tremendous rate skipping many days where I was constant and commited to the Rio Challenge in June. And I'm binge eating on all and sundry including cheese, fizzy drinks and booze, not to mention white bread and biscuits.

Don't give up White Rose - you've hit a hurdle - you can't change it - put it behind you and don't be guilty about it.

Keep looking forwards, make sure you eat enough, sleep enough and drink enough water.

That should hopefully help with the cravings.

We'll all do this together - you aren't on your own.
