45 min spinning this morning. It left me shattered for the rest of the day!!!
Thinking that while I am trying to build up my fitness again I should do my classes in the evening and then it doesn't matter if it leaves me shattered as I can always have an early night. Thinking about it, going to bed earlier might stop the late night nibbling too - win win lol!0 -
1 hour cycle down the canal tow path tonight. Very relaxing until the heavens opened!! Have downloaded Map My Ride App to keep track and try to keep me motivated. Sees pretty good.0

Weight loss and Fitbit use are going well, so well in fact that I forgot to post here last week! Doh…..
Anyhow, I've lost 3.5lb in the last two weeks, but going away for a few days today. Planning on doing lots of walking, let's hope that cancels out the food and wine!!

+ 2lbs since last week. Much effort put into things but this year currently 8lbs heavier than the start. I'll just continue please with the 5lb challenge fredsnail. Thanks.0
