    Weight: 3lb gain:(

    Callanetics: 3hrs
    Walking: 10 min

    Easter has taken its toll.

I have given up on my low carb diet as it is too restrictive. I'm switching to Slimming World as my husband and many friends have been very successful on this.

Thanks fredsnail for the update last week. Since last Wednesday +2lbs. Calories went up and exercise is slow and difficult.

Take care of your health everybody!

+2lbs for me. Had to catch up at some point I guess. I'm in Edinburgh this week for a charity do, will try and be good :)
    4 Stones and 0 pounds or 25.4kg lighter :j
  • The scales were jumping around a bit again so I plumped for -2lb lost.

8.02mi to add to 17.40mi marathon total.

I'll add my final distance for the marathon challenge tonight.

I've been dieting hard this week to make up for last week's gains, and have thankfully lost -4lbs. Despite five slices of birthday cake since Friday!

I'm annoyed at myself for basically wasting a week, as gaining last week means I've lost less than a pound in a fortnight, which is not good enough. Relieved to have made the 5lb challenge though, as my long term aim is to hit that every month.

Only cycled 10.87 miles this week.

May is going to be a difficult month for me again, as I have two long weekends away, so it will be harder to control what I eat, and I also won't be able to do any cycling on those weekends. I'll do my best to restrain myself though!
  • Final 1.18mi to add for the marathon challenge from tonight.

    26.60mi total.

Not too bad for me, 10 minutes per day on the cross trainer.

Well done to everyone taking part :T:T:T.

Next month sees our annual Eurovision pub crawl challenge where you log your exercise and see how many countries (or circuits of countries) you can visit for a drink by the end of the month - don't worry you don't have to sing that particular countries Eurovision song to take part ;).

If you wish to join this challenge please post below.
