0.5lb loss this week.
I'm okay with that. Thought it might be more but it might show next week. Still aiming for 5 stone by the time my first grandbaby is due near the end of June. :A0 -
I'll be adding a few days per week of weights in May. So I'm not sure how I could log my exercise on here?
Also, is the Eurovision drinking challenge as literal as it sounds? What a month to go booze free again.
As for this months' teams, I'm a little bit country.0 -
Please would you put me down for the Coast team and for the European Pub Crawl. Thanks for all the effort you put in each week to encourage us all.Weight loss 0/2st

Post the length of time that you do weights and make sure you mark it as weights and I'll give you extra miles for it.
Eurovision pub crawl is as literal as you want it to be - you can always be the driver and stick to soft drinks lol.0 -
Have had a tough few weeks.
Can I pop back now?
I hope to loose 1 lb this week & go to gym & out on my trike.

Thanks for the last chart Fred. I don't think I'm going to do any challenges this month. I got back from my first long weekend away yesterday, and I had an awesome time but it involved enormous amounts of food. Will be having a similar experience in a fortnight.
So I'm going to be realistic, as I'll probably spend most of the month trying to undo the work of these two weekends, and set myself a personal target to be down at least 1lb by the end of the month, so at least I'm still on a downward track. Then get properly back on it in June.
Good luck for everyone in May! :T0 -
Been to gym today.
Hardgoing but managed 1.50 on bike which is ok.

-5lb this week, which was a bit of a surprise to say the least!
It can't all be down to not eating cheese in the last 7-days, can it...?! :think:0
