I feel like a fraud, that 4lbs was on a first week, it will be back on this week. Had a weekend in Wales, ate out Fri and Sat, then had maccy d's on way home. Dreading stepping on scales this Wed lol

    Hi everybody,

fredsnail - My diary notes that my last weight recording was on 2/4/14, with the following two Wednesdays, unable to stand on the scales (injury). Anyway, weighed myself today and am - 2lbs since 2/4/14.

So whatever you decide fredsnail for the chart is okay with me, as we do not know whether the result was over the last week or not. Thanks.

Since last week, just been doing small gardening tasks, gentle indoor bike exercises, very short walks, keeping busy and moreless using up "old" food stock; the latter not very "tempting."

I was DREADING stepping on the scales this morning (justifiably). I almost couldn't bring myself to do it, but then I thought I'd be cheating myself. I'm up a whopping +3.2lbs  since last week. I hope some of that is partly due to the fact that I ate loads yesterday (it was my birthday, and I went out for both lunch and dinner), but I know some of it is also due to a couple of bad days last week when I was socialising with friends.

I'm fasting today to try and make up for it a bit. Got my birthday night out on Friday, so that'll be another bad day, oh dear. Must try harder next week!

I have done a fair bit of cycling again though, so can add a further 29.96 miles to that, please.

-3lbs I dunno how, it must be the stress of moving house. Definitely not complaining though. Got first bedroom decorated today, so absolutely knacked! Giving myself a day off tomorrow from everything. Got new cooker arriving, so plan to cook something in the oven, anything in the oven! Been a long week living without one lol

Apologies my Internet is refusing to upload the chart or anything else tonight. I'll upload it tomorrow evening when I get home.
