    Welcome to the new joiners!

I'm down 2.4lbs this week, very happy with that :D

I've only been out on my bike once in the past week - I need to make the effort to get out at lunchtimes. So only another 10.02 miles to add towards my double marathon.

I'd love to lose another 7lbs before my second weekend away in May, but I'm not sure whether that's realistic in 5½ weeks. Can't hurt to try though, right?

    Hello everybody,

fredsnail - Did not weigh myself this morning as had a bad accident last Friday. This has caused mobility problems whereby certain types of pressure applied to my left side/foot causes pain.

Was doing well with the exercise and weekly food intake about the same.

    Hello folks

I've still not managed to get back into hardcore aerobic exercise yet, life's been too maniac :( but I can report a 1lb loss and 6 hours exercise (brisk walking) this week.

PS. Hope you heal up quickly, dannie!

    Dannie, hope you're okay?

I have weigh-in tomorrow. I know it's not going to be good. I'm waterlogged, then got cheesed off and have gone off rails today by eating a whole pizza, a scoop of Baskin and Robbins, a couple of muffins..

I'm looking at a gain of about 7lb in a week. I had already gained about that before my pig out today so i'm not blaming it all on that. I'm basically a sponge! But i'm still going to weigh-in as if I don't it'll be tally-ho. It'll be a line to draw under and a fresh start tomorrow.

Well done to our losers and STSers this week and we have no gainers this week :) - if you lose focus and slip, don't keep thinking you've failed - set a target and regain your focus, don't think about what you've failed at - keep positive and think about what you've achieved.
