    Hi everybody,

Still not walking well. So fredsnail, no weight recorded this morning again. Can manage to sit on the indoor bike and pedal slowly. Also to kneel down in a certain way in order to sow garden seeds. Food wise, using up existing food "stores" which contain very few tempting foods that may be "overeaten".
  • Hi everyone,

Sorry to have been AWOL for so long - I think going away with work (two weeks in a row, as it turned out) has been the downfall of my weight loss plans! I am really struggling at the moment, I've had a couple of medical issues too and that's sent me scurrying back to comfort eating. I wish I could want to go for a run again (I have in the past, honest!) but at the moment, I just don't.

I'm hoping to start the Harcombe diet shortly as that did give me lots of energy and a nice weight loss at the beginning. Hopefully I will get there with the support of all you lovely people, as it's a tough time for me at the moment.

Hope everyone else is doing well though :)
Finally debt free!! March 2018 :j

Oops, sorry this is late! I'm STS this week, with 5 hours exercise (all still walking, really must get back into aerobics but life's been rather up & down!)
a penny picker upper. MFW approx 78% to go | FIRE 3 years worth (30% savings rate: now aiming for 40%!) | Normality is a paved road; it's comfortable to walk, but no flowers grow on it | Whatever you're meant to do, do it now. The conditions are always impossible | The only thing you absolutely have to know, is the location of the library

    Well done, Mazza!

Ok, fresh week. As I said I weighed in a day early yesterday, but will put forward my 4lb loss for this week, as i'd already had my 3.5lb gain counted for last week. If that makes sense to anybody lol.

Also, Fredsnail, would it be possible to put my total weight loss down as 56lb on the chart? I didn't start on here until a few months after starting going to weightwatchers and everytime I see it I think it's not right as it's not the same as on my signature lol

It's ok if it's not possible, and it's only meant for weight lost during your time on the thread. Just thought i'd ask :) x
  • Sorry forgot to weigh in again - :(
think I might have to bow out for now as not getting anywhere except more and more frustrated with myself which is making me eat more and I am in a cycle I need to break!
It's my birthday next week so hopefully after that is out the way I might be able to get my head back to weight loss as my clothes are getting tighter and tighter

Well done Mazza on your loss :T
    Restarting C25K in 2014 - Week 8 - 1/3 completed

Don't worry - looking at last weeks results it looks like last week was a bad week for everyone.

It will all come together eventually - don't give up (and you can always change your weigh day to a better one for you).
