    Hi, sorry for the delay in replying as have been unwell since last Friday. I was getting off my bicycle and somehow fell down awkwardly. I think it resulted in an inner groin strain resulting in poor mobility and to feel emotionally reflective about all sorts of things. Can only theorise how it happened. Today has seemed better; can walk unsupported slowly forward rather than sideways! So maybe healing and hope it is nothing more serious.

    Thanks very much for enquiring. Hope everybody is managing as best as possible with their own health/goals.

    Gone off the rails. Weighed in tonight for first time in 17 days and gone up 9lb.

    Been under a lot of stress moving house. Back to the diet tomorrow.

    Good luck stebiz and jackieb with getting back on track - I think that's where the real challenge lies in this weight loss thing; picking yourself up after a blip and carrying on.

    I'm down 2.2lbs this week. And I went for a 27 mile :eek: bike ride on Sunday (still saddle sore!), so can add another 32.06 miles to my double marathon challenge.

    I agree x I weighed in this morning - a day early - as I can't manage class tomorrow, so went to another in another town and i've lost 4lb! I'll add that to next week's challenge as i'm usually a day too late to be counted for this week's weigh-in here. That's me lost 4 stone in total now. :)
