I lost 4lb this week! :j
I was away at the weekend, so didn't track for 2 days. I'd have been happy with a 1lb loss, but i'm really chuffed with 4!
My husband took the cross trainer in from the garage for me. I had visions of me casually watching tv whilst cycling away. In reality I struggle to do 5 minutes at a time lol It's a start!0 -
Well done Jackieb!
Congrats Tiglath on SOTW

Please could I be a chick and put me down for the Marathon.
Feeling a bit discouraged atm, not lost weight for a few weeks now and this week I gained. I know I've not been as strict as I should be and thats probably the reason, but I'm finding dieting and exercise hard going just now. I fed up of having to watch what I eat, exercise takes up so much time and I've still got a long way to go. I am pleased with what I've lost already but it seems to be taking ages.Weight loss 0/2st

I think we all feel like this sometimes (I certainly do). You've done fantastically well though, and it would be a shame to undo all your hard work. If you think you haven't been as strict as you should, why not be strict on yourself for a couple of weeks (tell yourself it's only 14 days!) and hopefully the resulting loss will be a boost to your motivation.
Good luck - 23lbs lost :T is no mean feat, and proves that you can do it when you set your mind on it (and don't forget the benefits you're probably already reaping).0 -
Thanks as usual for last week's chart, Fred. I'm in again for the 5lb challenge, and better do double the marathon distance, as I'm focusing on cycling this month, in the hopes it'll be easier on my knees than all the walking was. Today is day one of the exercise challenge for me (I like to stick to calendar months), and it's a beautiful day, so I hope to get out on my bike at lunchtime.
I was away at the weekend and massively over-ate, but I fasted a couple of days last week, and was fairly low on cals yesterday too, so I hope I'll still show a small loss tomorrow (fingers crossed!). I'm very fed up of fasting though, so I need to make sure I have less excessive-calories days so I don't need to keep making up for them.
Good luck for April everyone!0
