Well done White Rose, that's excellent. I, on the other hand, ate much more cheese than usual in the past week, and look what happened...

I'm +2lbs, but completely expected (and totally worth it) and I foresee a month of yo-yo-ing ahead. Hope to get these two back off by next Weds!

STS for me, surprisingly. Had a weekend conference in Edinburgh, which I tried to be good at, but it didn't quite work out. Then while I was away took cellulitis in a tender place. So I've got one much bigger than the other, I would laugh but it's too sore to even giggle.

Hi, still have the nasty leg injury which will be five weeks this Friday so no outdoor cycling since then. Nevertheless, gradually managing to walk a little further.

STS since last Wednesday. Plan was short walks, light gardening tasks, indoor bike, keeping calories lower but eating whatever desired and keeping busy.

  • Hi Fred, please can I rejoin? I've had a few weeks with zero motivation but finally plucked up the courage to go back to my local Rosemary Conley class today - the leader is lovely, was very pleased to have me back - and I feel better for actually doing some exercise again!!

I'm aiming to lose 2 stones there, if you could put me down for the 5lb challenge as a start :-) and I would like to be in the Coast team please.

Hope everyone else is doing well?

Hi Fred, thanks for the chart. I'm not doing the 5lb challenge for this month only - aiming for 1lb instead, as that's actually realistic.

    Well done White Rose. :)

I've lost 2lb this week. That brings me to 60lb total loss. Well chuffed. My next goal is to lose 10lb by the end of June.
  • Thanks all. :T

I know, I know, I am amazing. :rotfl:

For some reason - momentary lapse of temptation, weak willed celebration, who knows - I went on a bit of a cheese binge last night, although I did put some back at the end.

I hope that big red cross of failure in my signature bugs me enough not to do it again!

(This probably sounds mental but I've also stopped cheating myself with my food diary; cramming everything into "4 meals", whether I ate outside that framework or not)

    Weight: 2lb gain :(
    Callanetics: 2hrs 30 min
    Walking: 5 min

    Ballroom: 2hrs

Really annoyed with having a gain this week. I had 2 roast potatoes last weekend whilst out for a meal and a latte. I thought I'd limited the damage the rest of the week but obviously not. I really need to get a few more pounds off before the end of June as I've got a dress to get into. I can get into it now but its on the tight side so a few less pounds would be good. Just have to try again this week.
