I've lost 2lb this week. That brings me to 60lb total loss.

That's incredible, well done! :T I'd be really interested to hear what kind of impact losing that much has had on you?

Really annoyed with having a gain this week. I had 2 roast potatoes last weekend whilst out for a meal and a latte. I thought I'd limited the damage the rest of the week but obviously not.

Don't worry, it's probably just a random fluctuation. I can't imagine 2 roast potatoes and a latte account for 2lbs! There are so many factors that can cause weight to go up and down. I'm sure it'll be back off by next week.
-1lb this week. Disappointed, but still heading in the right direction.

That's what you get for your cheese binge :rotfl: Still, I'm of the opinion that anything that starts with a minus sign is a good thing!

Continuing my month of yo-yoing, I'm down -3.6lbs this week. Fully expect to put most, if not all, of that back on over the weekend, as it's another long weekend away with friends ahead for me. I'll try my best to be good! I'm flirting with the 2 stone lost point, but haven't quite made it. It'd be nice to get there by the end of May.
  • Hi everyone

-2lb for me this week :-)

    2lb down, 20lb to go!!

2 hours gym this week + 3 hours walking - will try to up that next week!
Finally debt free!! March 2018 :j

    Thanks :)

I still have a long way to go but if I feel this good about losing this, i'm going to be ecstatic when i've lost the rest. :rotfl:

I rarely nap during the day now. I nearly always had a snooze in the afternoon or early evening before. I can buy clothes from most normal shops instead of being restricted to the dreaded Evans! I have more energy. I can fit in a cinema seat without having to slide in horizontally past the cupholders either side :rotfl: I enjoy my food more. Before I used to eat without thinking, constantly grazing. I write everything down now. It's all good. :) There is the odd week where i've been good and i've put on, but you just have to keep at it. It'll come back off again.

    Hi everybody,

An unexpected STS. Calories increased although a little more exercise as am able to use my leg better. Despite lesser activity for a good while now, weight has remained the same so not disappointed.

I forgot to weigh this morning, so I'll post a STS and do better next week. Overslept this morning and had to get car to garage, blah!

Well done to our losers and STSers this week and commiserations to our gainers next week is a new start - don't keep regretting the past because you can't change it, focus on the future because you can make that what you want it to be.
