-5lb again for me this week.
Even though I scoffed 5 pieces of KFC with fries on Monday night... it must be the starve day Tuesday which gave that extra pound off this morning.0 -

Here's this weeks chart for the Eurovision:
Well done to everyone taking part :T:T:T. I will keep logging on this challenge until Sunday when I'll start off the next challenge. Final chart will be up next week.
Next months challenge will be the London to Rio challenge.
It takes 12 hours to fly to Rio, or 5750 miles. If you wish to drive divide the 5750 by 1000 which gives you a target of 57.5 miles or you can chose an amount that you wish to set as a target.
If you want to join this challenge please post below that you wish to join and whether you are flying or driving.

I'll go for the 57.5 mile cross trainer challenge similar to April marathon. It averages 1.91 miles per day every day, which I'll try to do in 15 minutes each day. I see another desperate obsession on the horizon!!
However, my cross-trainer is in Euros so I'll probably post in both km and miles. 57.5mi = 92.5km (which I suppose is a similar number to the 90 minutes plus a bit of stoppage time in football...!)0 -
Well done! :T
My weigh-in was this morning. I lost 2lb.
Very happy with that. Only 3lb until I reach 5 stone lost. :j
Sorry, had to edit. In my excitement I put down i'd lost 3 lol0 -
