    Yay, thanks Fred.

I don't particularly like either football or tennis, but please could you put me down for the Football team and flying there and back London to Rio (24 hours). I will also attempt the 5lb challenge, although I've quite a few meals out this month so not sure if I will manage it.

    Hello.

I am quite overweight and I have had enough of it. I am going to change my diet to a calorie controlled one and exercise. However, I am just not sure about joining a gym. I would have time (before work) to go to a gym. What is everyone's thoughts?

What do you do to exercise?

I'll admit to doing barely any. :o I have a lot to lose and I just try and do more around the house..ie..climb the stairs more, stand up to iron instead of sitting down, etc. I try to go for walks now and again, and my husband took the cross trainer into the livingroom from the garage, where it had been for the past 2 years. I'm not sure my joints could take much more yet.

    Good luck, and welcome. :)
