Hi everybody,
Sorry for the delay. I saw the recent updated charts thanks fredsnail and realised that my post had gone "missing". Anyway, that week it was a 2lb increase (usual exercise, injured leg feeling stronger but eating more). Also, mentioned that I was sorry to hear about those having accidents/unwell.0 -

Since last Wednesday -2lb. It was a tough week of wanting to overeat and doing so on one occasion. Must have increased the exercise however.

I'm only down -0.8lbs this week. I've been lacking in motivation this week, which I'm blaming on it being the busiest time of the year at work (exams!). Nearly through now though, so hope I will do better next time. It'll help when the bowl of sweets is no longer there taunting me every day.
I'm 1lb off a milestone I've been looking forward to - dropping below a certain weight that I can't remember being below in many years! When I hit it, I'm going to temporarily switch my scales from lbs to st & lbs just to see that number0 -
