    Callanetics: 3hrs 45min.

No ballroom for 3 weeks as teachers are on holidays.

I'm finally just 'overweight' again, rather than 'obese' on the BMI chart. Need to keep it off this time.

    Can you slow down please?!

Even though I'm aiming for an initial weightloss of 76lbs, I still have you in my sights and I wanna catch you up!!

    :rotfl:

You're catching up fast! I have way more than 76lb to lose, so it's probably coming off at a decent rate just now because I have more to lose. ;)

    Hi everybody,

Sorry for the delay. I saw the recent updated charts thanks fredsnail and realised that my post had gone "missing". Anyway, that week it was a 2lb increase (usual exercise, injured leg feeling stronger but eating more). Also, mentioned that I was sorry to hear about those having accidents/unwell.

I've another 2 stone to shift after I reach my target, but I'm going to stay in and around my target weight for a year or so before shifting the last 2 stone, so I can actually live at my target weight without yo-yoing but also to really get into the exercise aspect more and not let numbers bother me too much.

STS for me this week, not surprising after all the crap I've eaten though.

    5.65mi off the 57.50mi total.

Since last Wednesday -2lb. It was a tough week of wanting to overeat and doing so on one occasion. Must have increased the exercise however.

5lb monthly challenge again please fredsnail.

Also fredsnail, my calculation is that my total loss for the chart stays at -18? (see post 1415). Thanks.

Well done, that's a great milestone to reach :T

I'm only down -0.8lbs this week. I've been lacking in motivation this week, which I'm blaming on it being the busiest time of the year at work (exams!). Nearly through now though, so hope I will do better next time. It'll help when the bowl of sweets is no longer there taunting me every day.

I'm 1lb off a milestone I've been looking forward to - dropping below a certain weight that I can't remember being below in many years! When I hit it, I'm going to temporarily switch my scales from lbs to st & lbs just to see that number :D
