What sort of exercise challenge do you want for next month? Options are: Time Distance Climb I'll go with the majority0
-
I'd prefer time simply because it's difficult to measure distance or climbing when you're doing weights, but I'm easy on that score - if we go for distance I'll just count swimming/treadmill/walking."Save £12k in 2019" #120 - £100,699.57/£100,0000

Distance is best for me, but I'm pretty easyMarried 40y.o. mum of an autistic 11y.o. Carer/SAHM.

+1 for me this week
suppose I should be glad it wasn't worse as I have eaten lots of sweet things, mainly to distract from the horrible taste/ feeling of tonsillitis!
8 hours exercise
I don't mind a time or distance challenge, can measure either. Speaking of which - does anyone have a Fitbit and if so, would you recommend it?Finally debt free!! March 2018 :j0 -
I will try join in the next challenge, the weight's falling off without really exercising, but I need to get moving more.
There was a bit of chopping and changing the three times I stepped on the scales this morning, but I think I'm minus another 4 pounds despite being full of cold.
So -15lb for January. Although that is only 5% of my starting weight! Oh well, at least I'm anonymous!!0 -

Well done, that's fantastic! :T
It's -1.8lbs for me, so I've achieved the 5lb challenge this month, hurrah! I keep thinking that 5lbs is so little, but then trying to remind myself that adds up to 60lbs in a year, which is loads!
I had a massive three course meal in a pub on Sunday, so I've been making up for it over the past two days by eating a little less than usual, but I've been sooo hungry (and still am). Really annoying, because I've still eaten plenty by most people's standards.0 -
Not good for me this week. Plus 1 pound I'm afraid. Wouldn't mind I've been really good calories wise. Just not enough exercise. Still 11 pounds lost in 3 weeks aint bad.Ask me no questions, and I'll tell you no lies0

- 2lb since last Wednesday. No overeating, usual indoor/outdoor cycling and keeping busy has helped.
Not sure if I'll do an exercise challenge but if so it would be time. Thanks.0 -
Hi all
-2 this week. STS last week, stupid internet decided to die for 3 days.
14 hours of walking, treadmill, aquacise (walking in water!) and cross trainer to add to the challenge
I'd also like time for the challenge if possible.0 -

Similar to me. I got my 10% 2-3 weeks ago. Not really exercising either. I'll be keeping an eye on you to see how you get on.0
